Technical I Buught item for wrong character

Hello

I bought this:
Purchased item Wisdom's Hold for 17.0 points 30 minutes ago from 188.146.243.72
But problem its that i choose wrong character becouse they have the same name (Rzaba - Paladin, Rzaabaa- Mage)... when i get email in game i panic and click reply... i dont was sure thats this kinde of items are bind to account. I hope that its possibility to get back my ponts or this shiled on character - Rzaba.
