every time I open the game its like I just finished downloading it for the first time. it never remembers any of the settings for video or audio and it always shows the cinematic and has me agree to the terms and the log in is blank even though I told it to remember me. after I log in there is no options on the character screen for addons at all even though I put the addons in the interface folder.
I have it set in the program options to run as admin and I had it bypass windows firewall so I have no idea why this is happening but I can't play the game like this.

Uncheck read-only property.

If this alone doesn't help, exit and quit torrent. Move WoW to new folder you created yourself. May have to re-do un-checking rad-only. After that it should work fine.
