Issue with not seeing any npc at Horde city, namely Undercity

Hey guys,

Is it possible that i skipped/unfinished any quest at Tirisfal Glades? I know King Varian, Jaina and some Alliance npcs are fighting next to Undercity entrance. Maybe that's the reason i can't see any npcs in Undercity, nor Orgimmar (only basic npc's like Grunts, etc., but nothing in Undercity)? A while ago i entered into Undercity perhaps improperly (fell down and died) and I feel it somehow bugged out. Could you guys help fixing this somehow? I'd like to finish some Pilgrim event achies, but I can't because i can't see any necessary npcs in those cities.

That's correct, if you didn't finish Undercity fight questline you're stuck in wrong phase.
Open a ticket in-game and request that GM moves you to correct phase. Tell him you failed to do Undercity battle questline and that you're stuck in the wrong phase.
