So, i've been confused this weekend and also playing BGs, heres the thing i've would love an answer of.
When i'm outside and are about to queue for the BG (Call To Arms) for the extra honor, it says ''Strand Of The Ancients''. But when i'm in a battleground and look on the same page/tab (Button H) it says Isle Of Conquest. How should i know wich BG is Call To Arms? Icecrown had SOTA last weekend i believe and the realms are synced BG-wise, aren't they? It's been like this since Friday and its a waste of time in trying to randomly guessing what BG i should join for the extra honor. Anybody?

It's likely that each faction has different Call to Arms.
I was testing something yday and my character on Blackrock had different Call to Arms (he was Alli) than my character on Lordaeron (he's Horde).
So, if you have different Call to Arms when you're in BG it's likely because your sides were switched in BG due to Mercenary mode. Whether you get extra honor or not when that happens I wouldn't know.

Wouldn't know, I don't play Blackrock. I just made a char to test something out. Someone else can pitch in.

I don't know about the bug, but on Icecrown, the rewards are indeed the same, to the extent that the first win reward (more HP, arena points) can't be won on both (winning in call to arms will make you win the bonus, you can't get it again in random).
Meaning, random queue and Call are the same in the end, but you will probably queue quicker with random.
