WotLK Your IP Address has been suspended for due to Logon Spam

Have issues with all account's cuz my IP was suspended...

People from my provider today 29/11/2021 changed my internet with fiber-optic internet..
Did that make a problem and was that the reason for my ban/suspension?

I mean never had problems before like 10 years from the day i started to play on Molten/Warmane and donated quite enough money due those year's so did not want to compromise my good standings and definitely not for IP ban.. All my aacounts are/was premium

Can you tell me what was the problem and how can I solve it and how to warn it not to happen again?
