WotLK [Lordaeron] Missing flight path from the Dark Portal to Thrallmar

So I did all the quest line from outside the dark portal to inside, but when I turn in "Arrival in Outland" to the FP person (Vlagga Freyfeather), she doesn't give me the "Journey to Thrallmar" quest. She will not act as a flight path until you get that quest. I arrived in outlands early via Shattrath, and flew to Thrallmar. After already completing "Report to Nazgrel" which you can pick up and complete before even getting the initial quest that leads you through the dark portal, I remembered I had to do the starter intro quest to go through the portal. And that is where I am currently, unable to receive the "Journey to Thrallmar" quest and use the FP from the dark portal to Thrallmar. Any help is appreciated in fixing this.

Was anyone able to resolve this issue?

My current status is: Vlagga Freyfeather cant use her to flight and when click on her a text comes up instead of options to flight.

I've been in Thrallmar and I'm able to use Flightmaster from there to everywhere else but only Vlagga
