Technical Black screen when starting wow.exe

Hey, I get a black screen when starting wow.exe,
I changed my settings ingame to windowed and after that it's all black screen.
I tried to go into the folder and find the config file but it's almost empty. Tried to change the SET gxWindow "1" to 0 but when i try and save it it just says i don't have access to it.

Any suggestions?

first of all, do this:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
