I want to appeal this, but it seems the option isn't available, So I don't know what to do?

Send email to [email protected] and explain the situation to your best capability.

Most common reason for IP ban is VPN or IP Blocker. If you're using a VPN, don't and send an email to [email protected] letting them know if one of them is the case.

Why will they ban you if you use vpn?

Technical FAQ [2021-04-06] say you can use vpn if you have connection problems cause your ISP, also I've been using vpn for years now xD
