Site Two-step authenticator issue link keeps failing

I can't reset my two step authenticator on another account because the link at the log in screen keeps failing once I've selected the option from the drop down menu: tried multiple devices and browsers.

On the retrieve page, after filling in the details, click on the "retrieve" button instead of pressing enter.
