Site missclicked in the points store

Hello, i accidently bought the wrong dagger for my rogue for 17 "vote points".
I bought the Furious Gladiator's Mutilator for my Rogue Named Aliannaqt, but i bought the wrong one i accidently bought the offhand version instead of the right one wich is Furious Gladiator's Spike, could i please get a refund so i can buy the correct one or if you can remove the Mutilator dagger from my inventory and then replace it with the spike? that would make me so happy i love this server.

Ps I tried making a ticket on the site but it would only let me do a ban appeal, also made a gm ticket, hoping this works :/
