Pandaria character stuck can't move

Hi i have a 90 lvl horde druid and my characters model has stop able to move after a death in scarlet halls hc solo run.
after release death my toon cant move and his model have freese .
i tried characters unstuck service but nothing happened.he is still unable to move.
Please let me know what i can do to fix this bug

Did you try the unstuck feature in game or on website? The one on website works much better, you can find it in Services: https://www.warmane.com/account/services

i have tried unstuck feature from game website.My character revive but can't move in any shapeshift form.
I ve tried many things like killing him with an oposite faction toon or in duel with a my horde mage but nothing happens he is still stuck.
he can't revive even from the grave spot he is killed and i use unstuck service to ress him with the same resaults.
