So i did a faction change with coins instead of vote points because i forgot to click on the vote points tab. I have enough vote points. I immediately made a ticket which got an answer after 3 days stating nothing can be done about that? Why can't they just restore me the coins and take away vote points? I have heard that they have done this before as well.

I guess because this is displayed at "Service" page:
"Faction change is irreversible and not eligible for refund"
Btw, generally speaking, for this kind of issue it might be better to open a ticket on website (and not in-game):

Thank you. Yes i read that its not eligible for refund but losing 30 coins because of a missclick is just ridiculous. I don;t ask directly for a refund i only ask to take away vote points instead of coins? Also ive heard that they refund within 24 hours but dont quote me on that.

You got it wrong, everything related to VOTING is not REFUNDED, such things have never been refunded by the support.
refund ITEMS in 24 hours nothing more.

Yeah, faction changes (coins or VP) is a loss if you mess up there bub. You have heard wrong....Just gotta suck up that loss and learn from it.
