You only want PvP? Blackrock.
High rates, solid PvE and PvP? Icecrown.

You can't check class representation but RDPS along with healers and tanks are always in demand.

Log into the server and join global chat.
check out what they search for for x amount of time and make a disicion.
But yeah Healers and Rdps prolly have the upperhand followed by tanks.
