    My characters are missing from the account

    Hello, I've decided to return to warmane after 6 years, loged in to my account, but there are no characters visible, I can see in the logs that the characters existed and were transfered, but there are none on any realm, could you help me with this issue?

    did you look for your character just on website or even in-game with a client ?
