Lordaeron Cannot See Item in Bag

So I was doing the Shendralar reputation grind and it was going smooth. (For those who don't know its where you submit Librams to the guy inside Dire Maul). You can only carry one of each type of Librams, so its kind of hectic.
Anyways, now I have a few Librams in my mail but it says "I cannot carry any more of those items", but the problem is I dont have the libram (or cant see the libram) in my bag. I have tried a lot of times but still doesnt work. Even the rep quest shoes to be completed as if I have the libram in my bag but when I go to submit the quest, I cannot complete the quest ince I dont have the libram. Any ideas on a fix?

TL;DR - Quest and log says I have the item in my bag, But I DONOT have the item in my bag!! Cannot check by taking another since you can only carry one at a time. :(
