WotLK Trying to remove 2FA but email doesnt come?

Warmane seems to have changed a lot since I last played. I try to use their 2FA removal tool but the emaill never comes through. I had to make a new account just to be able to open a ticket, but opening a ticket is limited to only ban appeals. So I am having difficulty being able to recover my account. Does anyone have any recommendations or is there any active GMs on here who might be able to help?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with all the proof you have that you're the owner of the account and they'll remove it.
