it wouild be helpful to know:
1. When did you play last time?
2. On Which realm?
3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename so you need to log with client to set new names
4. Is your account premium?
5. What level were your characers?
1. i don't know exactly but maybe 2017
2. On many i think, icecrown and frostwolf
3. i've already logged in game and i have no chars
4. i think not
5. at leats 2 chars max level
https://www.warmane.com/account -> check "Donation rank" to see if your account is premium or not.
if premium, open a ticket on website to find out what has happened to your chars:
My account -> Support -> create ticket -> general enquiry
not premium -> then send and email to [email protected] for support
