I just got the same problem. So i just gotta wait for 40 minutes and it fixes it self?

So I added the WOW.exe to the list of apps that have access through my firewall and now I can login again :).

I have the same problem, after a wow error and trying to log in again now it tells me: "It is impossible to connect to World of Warcraft now. Please try again later." Its weirds because I didn't make any changes.
