Site Help! Old Player returning

Hello guys, i'm an old player from moltem server, long time without coming back, idk if ever played when it became warmane. I'm getting an error when I try to recover my pass, evidenced in the image below. What can I do about it? The account name is "neeverdie", I think that I have one like "Stupiidbear" or something if u can check too. All the best, Dudslomago.
