I restart play after that huge robbery, but i am dissaponted again and lose the stumul to play. After i was robbered i made 5000 gold but they gone also + one gem.
I enabled the two factor authenticator, but i ask, please check the logs, there must be logs from where and/or how these steals was happened.
I ask to know who did this. Even dont ask to give me back mine stuff. I want to know who made this steal.

Maybe you are fine and their intention is pure but their comp has a keylogger...maybe you got a keylogger, if he doesnt...maybe he shared it forward....maybe he stole from you...as long as you dont give your account info to anyone, the chance of getting hacked like that drops to like "notevenworthtomentioning", since who will really want to hack an account in a woltk private server.
I am not saying its impossible but it is highly unlikely...You learned the lesson the hard way. I am playing here since 2011 and I never got hacked...simply because I dont want to give my information to anyone and I also dont want any information about anyone's else's accounts ever.
People asked me to play their chars, never wanted...(if something goes wrong, they would suspect you amongst everyone else and that is simple to avoid by just not doing it)
Besides, changing everything out you should also check your computer for malware, in fact, you should do that first.

I am a old player also. I had chars before the muble-jumle. But i am amazed in what way is posible to get exactly the gems. I can earn gold, stuff, not so hard, in fact easy, coz i know the game mechanic, but its so dissapointing to me, to steal mine GEMS, not or nor coz they are gems, but coz all othem is bough by HONOR points... thats mine point.

That i buy gems only with honor points u can call extravante or weird, also may call that i dont sell it for gold more weird, but that was style, and i ask to know for evey cllue who was that dissaponted from mine style to do this???
