Is there a way for devs or someone to transfer one character from one account to another?

The only way of transferring characters between accounts is by using character trade - putting character for sale on one account and buying it from the other account. But the seller account has to be premium, characters have minimum price in coins based on their gear and some of the coins are lost in the process because there is a fee. There is no other way of transferring characters between accounts.
