Technical IP Banned for no reason

Hello,

So apparently I am IP Banned for advertising on a completely different IP Address that I do not own or I am connected to, I am banned for advertising even though there is literally no proof of me advertising what so ever. I can join in the game from my home IP but I cannot access my warmane website services or tickets or anything really....I did think of one option to why this had happened, its that I had used a VPN in a place where they did not allow me to connect to the servers, therefore I used a VPN so I could. But still I should not be banned or not be able to access my services, I am a loyal player to warmane since 2016 and I have multiple of toons that I play. I have no reason to advertise anything. Please can an administrator explain this and perhaps resolve this issue because it is really frustrating, and I am sorry that I tried to join through a VPN to play warmane. Which is kind of ridicilous because I use VPN alot and it has never done this.

I understand but the problem is, I cant even create a support ticket. That was my first thought to do but I cannot create a ticket.
