WotLK Quest : Something Stinks, is it actually bugged?

Hey guys ! I've been doing some quest from the new event but got stuck on the quest "Something Stinks", as you have to use the item in your inventory on the Stormwind guards but they have to actually stink and have purple aura around them, I've checked all of them and none has the aura around em. Any solution will be much appreciated 👍

It's not, at least on Icecrown. I thought so at first, as well. They're just VERY low spawn rates, and so much competition for them. Once you find 1, stick on it like glue until your done.
