Technical A character is missing

Hi warmane, I had a druid on frostmourne 1 called Jayze. It seems like he is gone, and would like to hear if you could possibly help me recover this.
In my purchase history you will see purchases made to this druid, but he's no where to be found

Frostmourne Season 1? (started on 15-April-2020 till 14-April-2021)

then you need to "manually" move it to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm
