Technical Can't download the game

Recently I change my computer and I wanted to download the game.
I logged in, went to download, inserted the expansion (wrath of the lick king) and the operating system (windows) but when I pressed 'download' it did nothing.
So I pressed the other option about getting bittorrent, but when I choose either the bittorrent web or the classic [cause I tried to get both], I can download it but I couldn't run the program and it deletes itself on its own... And now I can't even get to download the bittorrent and it shows a notification about an error...
Any suggestions on what can I do?

Make an exception for it in your antivirus - it's a pirating software so ofc it blocks it and quarantines it. Also goes without saying that you should move it out of quarantine.
