    Stuck character

    Good afternoon everyone, I have a problem I have a character named brunopro I was doing pvp in winter quest I died and when they sent me to the cemetery I appear lying on the ground it does not let me move anywhere and when I want to use the unblock option I says I'm on a mount. Could you support me please.
