Technical Character mabyee locked or lost, anyhelp?

Im pretty sure ive had a paladin way back when i first played on this server(Icecrown), can see it on the armory, and also on the serverlist there is on Lordaeron 1 char it says but when i enter the server its empty.

can see the paladin i think i played once on the armory, have tryed a dozen of old emails but never get any emails, niether if i try on this account i text from now.

Anyone know or where i can make a ticket or get some help? :)
