WotLK Totems

hello I started playing a resto shaman, but I do not know how to set totems such as: Cleansing totem ,healing stream,mana tide and tremor totem.
It is not possible to put these totems together, or I am doing something wrong?. I would ask for an explanation for the bigest noob.

In WotLK you can use one totem per one of four elements. Earth, fire, water and air. You should have special actionbar for totems as shamn6, where you set each totem to be able to place 4 of them at once by one click. If you can not place water totems at all, you might be missing water totem (if you are below 60 lvl).
