WotLK Deleted characters

Hello guys, It was 2015 when I first played warmane and since then I had plenty of characters but now all my characters are gone and I dont know why, I didn't delete them.
Do you have an explanation for that and if yes how can I get my characters back?
P.S. Profypala, the only one character created right NOW was created in July 2021 when I realized that my character roster is empty.

2. On Which realm you had the "lost" characters?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names

How safe and secure is your account? Shared login info? Probability of being phished with free coins/points/3rd party trade? 2FA?

There just was an inactivity cleanup:
Level 1 - 30 characters that have not been played since July 2021 will be removed.
Premium accounts are exempt from removals.
Characters that are guild masters will result in the guild being removed.

Check https://www.warmane.com/account/history and see if there's anything unusual.

If your characters didn't meet the requirements to be deleted on inactivity cleanup, I think your account was cleaned by somebody who had access to your account. Sold/sent everything they could and deleted characters on top of it.

You could have a look at https://www.warmane.com/account/services and see if there's any character you could restore still. Only one character per account can be restored for free once a week.
