Site "You do not have any points to collect."

Whenever I try to collect the daily vote points this happens, and has been happening for a few weeks now. I used to be able to do it no problem. My character with the highest achiev points has 4510

My guess, it bugged out to me when I sold another character that had more achievment points than the current one, so the system now thinks I don't have the minimum to collect

Either way, I have no idea how to fix it on my own

If anyone else had this problem, for me it was because my only character with over 1000 achievment points was in Frostmourne, whose characters aren't considered for VP collection
