Tank/dps looking for guild for the reset

Hello everyone,

I am Josh, 24, from Germany. I grew up with WoW, back then it was my dad's account, seeing as I was 8 years old on release.
I am now looking for a guild that will take me up for raiding on the seasonal reset and I am open for both factions.

My current Characters:

I have created my own account in late Legion, started very casually raiding then.
I soon realized that the guild I was with was too casual for me and I felt like I wanted more.
Throughout BfA, I have raided heroic (full clear every time) with pretty casual and friendly people and meddled with some mythic raiding, though my pc started giving in then at some points.

When 8.3 hit, I quit for a bit and decided to start with Classic, in which I have raided MC, BWL, ZG, AQ20/40 and Onyxia.
I quit (because holy paladin in Classic was the most boring stuff I have ever seen) and came back for TBC, in which I raided Karazhan, Gruul and Magtheridon as a protection Paladin, until I quit again because I could not find a core raiding spot and was only backup in my own guild.

I also have relatively good experience with mythic+ in retail, so my general tanking and dungeon/raiding knowledge are good.
My main class is Paladin (Prot/Ret), but I am open to any tanking class and their offspecs (no healing).
