DBM not showing stacking dots

Hello does anyone know why my dbm doesn't show me how many stacks I have on me.I was tanking the first boss in toc and the impale dots did not show.I know it should tell you everytime.

Because:
1. You don't have the right DBM. - https://github.com/Zidras/DBM-Warmane
2. You didn't enable the mod in the settings.
