WotLK I cannot see my S1 frostmourn characters on icecrown.

Hello,

I was looking for my characters that i had in frostmourn but they are not there. On the logging screen i can see 10 characters but when i log in the server i can only see 6.

What do i have to do. I've checked the transfers and i am 100% sure i have already done that process. On my other account i can see them but not on my main.

im missing all but 2 of my characters, 1 which has no name and i cant log into also. i made a forum post with no support, im pretty gutted.

So you have already succesuflly transfered all of them from "Frostmourne Season1" to "Icecrown" by using this tool?

Then what level were your missing character?

maybe they have been deleted due to inactity in case they were low level and your account is not premium

Level 80s and i can see the number on the logging screen as 11 but i only got 7 chars on the list.
It doesn't matter at this point i just leveled a new char. they were not that good geared but what ever. I probably lost some gold but it's my fault for not doing something sooner.

if it does not help, I guess you may contact warmane support team to find out what has happened to those characters:
If premium account : https://www.warmane.com/account -> support -> create ticket -> general enquiry
If not premium account: send an email to [email protected]

The number on the login screen is local on your computer, not something that comes from the server. It comes from folders and files each character has. If characters get deleted elsewhere those folders stay and can cause the displayed number to be bigger than the actual number of characters.
