Hello im new to this game

I bought a weapon from the store and i cant finde it.
can you help me get my 18 points back or the weapon?

The weapon was meant for my charakter : Askzaimdolf

I looked on all 3 chars and i dident find it what would be the next step?
Do i get a refound or same weapon or i just lost big time XD.?

maybe you have bought it for a character on the wrong realm?

Go here: https://www.warmane.com/account -> click on "View full history"

Then go to "MARKETPLACE" tab, you should see on which realm you have sent the weapon

Point shop generally is excluded from any support/refund. If you bought anything, it should be displayed at your account history. And if you have such record, you may try filling ticket.
Also, take note thet items come to mailbox after several minutes, not instantly
