    My friends account is taken

    Hello,
    I'm so sorry but there is no other option like account recovery <3.
    So my friend who we are playing with on your servers can't log in into his account and we think that it is stolen. I know that you can track his IP and see that he if his IP doesn't match with the old one you can provide us back with his account. But that is the hard way he tried to recover his account by sending request for password change via E-Mail but don't get mail back . His account name is ivanbul, and for further information you can contact him on [email protected] .
