WotLK Missing quest in Outland Hellfire Peninsula

Hey fellas, i've got some problem with one quest or even quest line missing in Outland, Hellfire Peninsula. Dont know if that's the root of my problem and this whole case, but when u enter portal as a horde, u got that one q, which requiers u to talk to wind raider, who next takes u to Thrallmar. I had to abadon that q, because when i talked to that wind raider near the portal, the flight map didnt showed up, only common text same as always when u talk to NPC. So i abadoned it, and it didnt showed up again, so i couldnt take it back. I thought it's nothing, and i took a nice, landscape trip to thrallmar. But now, im almost done with all q's in thrallmar, only "Hear of Rage" left, which is about "investigeting" Hellfire Ramparts, and there is no sing of quests like "Cruel Intentions" (which i want to complete so badly because of very good trinket) or "The Agony and the Darkness" or any other quests in that "demonic swamp region" in the east, even so i completed "Doorway to the Abyss
" quests which should be en opening for "Cruel Intentions". And i dont know what the heck is going on, if it's bugged, or it's because of that mentioned one missing q, or im just a moron who's missing something. Please, good people, i beg for help, i want my trinket! :D

Yes, it was "Arrival in Outlant" i think. Or "Journey to Thrallmar".

But even so, im sure i've completed the quest from at least 5-10 or 6-10, maybe even 4-10. So it's weird that the "Cruel intention's" quest didnt unlocked to me. I checked on my friends character, and it succesfully unlocked after 10th mission:the abbysal shelf. On mine it did not. Today i've completed all quests in thrallmar, and still dont have it. So it must be bugged for me.
