Of course you are having these issues. Every single time I download the Warmane client it makes the same issues again and again...
I am unable to change anything in-game except the video settings. If I want to change resolution, or MSAA, V-sync, Hardware Cursor and Refresh Rate it automatically jumps to Windows display and the game is not responding and then when you wanna open something else, it's impossible and you gotta kill the wow.exe process manually in task manager...
1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, uncheck "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders and files and click OK.
4 and 5 alone should fix it, if you've stopped torrent (and uninstalled) and moved the WoW to another location.
Because what he said is the fix for OPs solution, not yours. Your thread was replied to fix a temporary fix which you completely ignored.
