Experienced player LF guild

Hey all, Im an experienced raider playing with the thought of trying FM S3 as I like the buffed content.
I cleared wrath content on multiple servers (currently playing mop), have experience in T8, T9, T10, have done LOD on multiple servers (mostly raided as mdps and rdps, but did my fair share of tanking).
Im looking for a guild thats not hyper tryhard (Ideally Id wanna raid 2 nights a week), but takes the time it has for raiding serious.

Im totally open to any faction or spec, though I might give healing a try as Ive never really raidhealed before. Other specs Im considering are affli lock or dps feral druid. Let me know if this sounds interesting to you.

I strongly prefer guilds that have a more thorough application process.
