I've got 2500 in the guild bank and im trying to buy the tab, it prompts to accept cost. But it doesnt purchase.

I've tried with no-addons. I've promoted another user to guild master to try (still didnt work), again with no addons.

Can someone work out why i cant get the bank tab please.
