Hi, I'm a come back player from Frostmoune Season 1 and want to play my toons in icecrown

I had realm transferred right after the Season 1 ends and the website shows it is successful in April 18, 2021

Now as i login, i'm having this issue in icecrown only 2 toons are transferred showing at character screen*

is it caused by the cleanup? even as I untick, it still pop the same message "You must have 10 characters active on a standard account. "

I just need 3 of my geared toons to be active but I dunno how to do the steps, I dont care about the lower level toons anymore.

Please help me or what are the steps?

The inactivity cleanup and gold squish will be conducted and completed on March 07, 2022. Downtime is expected to be multiple hours.


Level 1 and above characters that have not been played since January 2021 will have their names removed.
Characters will have the opportunity to choose a new name upon the next login.

Level 1 - 30 characters that have not been played since July 2021 will be removed.
Premium accounts are exempt from removals.
Characters that are guild masters will result in the guild being removed.

Were some of your old toons below level 30?

You could make random characters to fill up the roster. Switch your main/old ones to realm, and delete the new ones you just made (be extra careful with deleting).
