Is the item still have the 2 hour timer that let you to refund it?
Do you try to refund the item while its equipped on you? If yes unequip it and then try to sell it back.
The item had the 2 hour time limit and I took it off and pressed the sell button and asked if I was sure I wanted to switch back, no problem. In the chat the following message appears Sorry unable to refund that item.
Unfortunately, the 2 hours have now expired :'(

got the same problem at the moment, still got 1h 20 min to sell it but the vendor doesnt want it. "Sorry unable to refund that item."
sent the ticket to gm, but no respone yet.
Any Ideas?
if you haven't put enchant and gems on the item, equip it and then try to sell back.
I'm not sure if anything has changed, but I think this is the last solution.
