WotLK Banned for "ninja looting" with 0 evidence, no ticket response

It's been 12 hours since I was banned randomly with the reason of "ninja looting". I have never ninja looted an item, nor would I ever. How long does it take to get a ticket reply or talk to a GM?

Bans are only issued for reports made with sufficient, clear and unedited evidence, not "randomly."
It can take up to a week in the case of ban appeals.
