WotLK heirloom

i bought a few heirlooms about in 2020 can i use them on the new frostmourne server i cant find them at all i have my purchase history

Nope. Those heirlooms were transferred with character(s) to Icecrown, or deleted if they were on character that got left behind on S1. Frostmourne S2 transfers are still open.

You'll have to re-obtain heirlooms during Frostmourne S3, if you want to use them again.
