Forum Gmail adress

Hello,

I would like to change the gmail adress on my account, but it tells me that the supplied new email adress is already in use, can you please help me?
Also when i try to redeem the account from the new supplied email address (to see if actually is an account atributed to it) i do not recieve an email verification.
