Technical Character Restoration

Hello!
How exactly does a hero who has not logged in for a long time recover? He shows me through the site that I have nothing to restore, but I'm sure I have a hero. In fact, when I enter the game and choice realm, it is clearly shown (1) number of characters, but at the same time there is none.


Friends asked me play again, I wanted to use my old character.

Select realm > Currency:Points/Coins > Character restoration
You should be able to see a list of characters you can restore. (deleted in the past 30 days)

It costs 0 points/coins if done within 48 hours (but this benefit has 7 days cooldown)

Usually, for wotlk realms, the character must be between lvl 75-80 to be able to be restored but for Lordaeron Realm it should be different.

So if you see nothing it is because it has been deleted more than 30 days ago.

What level was btw? if it was below lvl 30 it has been delted due to inactivity

Realm: Lordaeron 80LvL 5.6GS Also I tried to change the currency all was same.. You do not have anything to restore


Also I didn`t delete any of my characters in Warmane... in other realms my characters still exist

How secure is your account? 2FA? Ever shared? Same login credentials used elsewhere?

Go to https://www.warmane.com/account/history and see if you have anything suspicious. Especially TRADING and GIFTING.

Also check https://www.warmane.com/account/trade if you're premium. See if there are sales you're not aware of. Switch Buy to Sell and see if there's expired, on going trades, or traded characters.
