Scroll of Illusion

Hello all,

I recently got myself the Thunderfury legendary weapon from molten core. I wanted to transmog it, but the normal scroll, the Scroll of Deception, can transmog Epic items. Not legendary.
So i found on the website that there is a legendary scroll named Scroll of Illusion. For 50 coins you can buy one. My question is: how else can i get this scroll? Is there a way to get it ingame?

I'm playing on the Lordaeron server. I have got plenty of deception scrolls through the game but i never saw the legendary one.

Nope. Can't be obtained in-game.
