Realms Blackrock rampant hacking in Gurubashi

Every day, there's at least one flying hacker in Gurubashi Arena ruining the fun for everyone else. They're most often on DK (pulling people underground and sending them into an endless fall under the map) or on a priest (doing the same thing with Mind Control).

I report these people every day via in-game tickets (I write their name, what they're doing, and post a link with screenshots), but the tickets stay open for 7+ days without any resolve. Even when the hacker does get banned (I've seen this only once), it's an account ban and they just make a new account and are back at it in like 10 minutes, lol.

What can be done about this? I understand GM's probably have a lot of stuff to do in-game, but Gurubashi is a PvP place where I like to hang out but as of the last few months it's almost unplayable. Also makes the server look bad when a new player goes out to Gurubashi to see what's up, and gets pulled underground by a flying DK, and either dies or falls endlessly (until he alt f4's and logs back in).

If you need more manpower, I'm willing to volunteer to be the Guru police, for free. Give me GM flying, speed, invisibility and an option to ban these bastards, I'll document every ban as per your guidance... Or employ more GM's, or do something. Tickets are too slow and reporting via them doesn't work for this problem...

Giving players any sort of GM power isn't going to happen. Hiring more Staff to watch over some area in a specific server like Blackrock I don't see happening either.
It's probably more feasible to ask for more attention to be given to Blackrock tickets instead.

So, what you're basically saying is "Suck it up, it is what it is". Great.

I'm asking for any solution, but if the management doesn't care about hackers, you really think they'll care about a plea for more attention to tickets? Jeez, you guys run this like some sort of bureaucracy-ridden company.

Btw, some guy was spamming "LF GM to ban a hacker in Gurubashi" in global chat today, and the hacker replied in global "there are no GMs on this server, are you dumb, I can do whatever I want". Turns out he's right!

Ah, found a thread from October 2020 with the same problem, so it's clear the management definitely doesn't care that anyone can hack freely in a specific zone on one of the servers, I understand now, there was no point in me making this thread because everything will stay the same. You can close this thread, there's no point in talking about this at all, obviously. Probably just easier for everyone to download hacks and fly around in Gurubashi, lol.
