Is it possible to refund all transaction with coin on this account on the mist of pandaria.
No one is playing there anymore and i wanna start play on Wotlk.

No, that isn't something we offer.
If that server ever closed, you'd more than likely be offered to transfer a downgraded version of your existing characters, as we've done in the past, but not refunds.
