WotLK Batterend hilt OR Voldrethar

Hey guys. I have a ret paladin and an unholy dk. I want to get weapones. One from batterend hilt and one from site 23 points sword.
both of them have crit stat
but the secend stat is diffrent. quel delar from q gives haste and have more damage without gem slots.
But the sword from points gives arp with 2 gem slots and less damage.

Which one for pala , Which one for dk ?
please help me deside.

If you gemmed Voldrethar with 2 x 20 STR gems, you would get 170 STR, which is only 6 better than what you get from Quel'Delar. Voldrethar also has that lower DMG, and the crit rating on it is bit lower. Though that's only 0.29% difference. So far Quel'Delar seems to be better.
Now the second stats. Haste from Quel'Delar vs ArP from Voldrethar. Both classes benefits from Haste more than ArP.

Which pretty much makes Quel'Delar better pick for either class. Since you want to use both of those swords..
I'd probably get Quel'Delar for UDK and Voldrethar for Paladin.
