Site My character has been trade over 72 hours the coins are still not unlock

My character has been traded for coins for over 72 hours, but when I try to trade in-game gold with these coins. It still said wait for another 72 hours. Is that something wrong with my account?

Just Curious here but you do have twoface authenticator active? Sounds like the Timer message you get when its not active, then again I don't know how you traded your character on trade without it being active.

Ive check the setting , Email Two Factor Authentication is currently active. So I dont tthink thats the reason

Those timers are separate things. There's a one-time 72 hours one when 2-step authentication is turned on (each time, so if you ever turn it off, there will be a new 72 hours wait when you turn it on again) and one that is applied to every Coin that comes from the use of Trade. Both exist to alleviate issues when accounts got stolen and their Coins quickly "gifted" or traded over multiple dummy accounts to try to make it troublesome to follow the trail. 72 hours was decided as a good buffer for an active player to realize their account was stolen and take steps to recover it before their Coins get taken away. Neither timer can be waived or reduced.
